The BN50V1 is a 1.5 horsepower, two-speed electric motor designed for above ground swimming pools and spas. It replaces the BN50 and is compatible with popular pump brands such as Hayward Powerflo, Waterway, Aquaflo, and Dynamo.

Product Features & Fitment

This motor features a thru-bolt mount design, where the pump mounts directly to the motor using motor thru bolts. The thru-bolt dimension for the 48Y frame is 5 1/8" on center, measured across the shaft. It includes a flat rigid base welded to the motor case for stable installation. Wiring connection diagrams are provided on the motor nameplate for ease of setup. The motor also incorporates automatic overload protection for enhanced durability.
