The Armstrong Model S-45 is a 1/4 HP in-line circulator pump designed for hydronic heating and cooling, domestic water systems, multi-stage zoning, and general industrial service. It serves as a direct replacement for Bell & Gossett Series 100 Model 2 1/2 & LD3, Armstrong 174036-113, Grainger 4RC99, TACO #121, and Thrush 22-1/2C pumps.

Product Features & Fitment

This maintenance-free pump features a stainless steel shaft and a non-ferrous impeller within a cast iron, three-piece design. It includes a hardware kit with mounting bolts and two rubber flange gaskets; however, the threaded flange is sold separately. The pump must be mounted with the motor and pump in a horizontal position. Note that this pump is not designed for potable water systems and is not compliant with the Safe Drinking Water Act.
