The ASB748 is a high-efficiency, switchless single-phase pool pump motor designed to replace various in-ground pool pump motors such as PacFab Challenger, Whisperflo, and Pentair models. It features a square flange mount and is suitable for applications requiring a reliable 2 hp motor with 3450 RPM.

Product Features & Fitment

This motor features a square flange mount (1081 design) with four non-threaded bolt holes for easy installation on compatible pool pumps. Its optimized internal airflow design minimizes heat and moisture buildup, while the internal bearing cover protects the drive/pump end ball bearing from water and debris. Additional bearing protection includes a lip seal and water slinger to enhance durability and performance. The motor is designed for non-reversible CCW rotation and includes automatic overload protection with Class B insulation.
