This 348 Series gear motor features a 2-stage gearhead with a precision-machined die-cast aluminum housing and hardened steel shafts and gearing, including a forged bronze worm gear. It is lubricated with a lifetime oil bath that is sealed and gasketed for maintenance-free operation. The motor includes a keyed shaft with a rear tapped hole to facilitate encoder mounting and supports any angle mounting. Optional accessories include the P198-300-0000 junction box. The motor utilizes replaceable brushes and has an insulation class B rating with a powder-coat gloss black finish.
