The SQ1052 is a 1/2 horsepower pool motor designed to replace standard 48Y frame motors commonly found on inground pool pumps such as Sta-Rite Max-E Glas, Dura Glas, and Dyna Glas. It is engineered for reliable operation in swimming pool pump applications requiring a square flange mount.

Product Features & Fitment
This motor features automatic overload protection with a service factor of 1.9 and is non-reversible with CCW rotation when facing the shaft. It has a round body with a square flange mount and no base, including four threaded bolt holes on the face for pump mounting. The motor shaft does not have an internal threaded hole. Wiring diagrams are provided on the motor nameplate for ease of installation.
