This Stearns brake kit is designed to convert select older Leeson electric motors into brake-motor configurations. It replaces part number 1-056-011-01-002 and is suitable for applications requiring up to 1.5 ft-lb of static torque.

Product Features & Fitment
The kit installs easily on the rear of compatible Leeson motors and includes all necessary mounting hardware. It is designed for motors with NEMA frames listed above and provides 3 ft-lb of braking torque. Note that the brake supports a start/stop cycle of no more than one stop per minute when used with a motor and reducer. This product is discontinued and considered obsolete once current stock is depleted.
