Perfect for Applications Including
Applications for the TE-6K-MD Magnetic Drive Pump include chemical recirculation, chemical transfer, deionized water systems, refrigerators, scrubber systems, detergent mixers, computer cooling, carbon arc furnace cooling, silver recovery systems, and marine air conditioners.
Great for Chemicals Including
The TE-6K-MD has pumped Acetic Acid, Citric Acid, Ethylene Glycol, Formaldehyde, Hydrochloric Acid (Muriatic), Hydrofluoric Acid, Hydrogen Peroxide, Nitric Acid, Phosphoric Acid, Potassium Chloride, Sodium Chloride, Sodium Hypochlorite, Sulfuric Acid, Fresh Water, Salt Water, DI Water, and many more chemicals. The TE-6K-MD may have been modified to handle these chemicals. This pump may have to be modified to pump specific gravities, viscosities, or elevated temperatures different then ambient water. Please contact March Pump to review your application before using the TE-6K-MD.
March Pump’s industrial TE-6K-MD is an American seal-less centrifugal magnetic drive pump ideal for applications such as chemical recirculation, chemical transfer, and scrubber systems. It is capable of generating a maximum flow of 38 gallons per minute at 10 feet, and its maximum head is 49 Feet (21PSI). The standard wet end (the materials that come into contact with the solution) is composed of glass filled Kynar (PVDF), Viton, Carbon, and Ceramic. There are two standard motors. The first is a 1 Phase 60 hertz 115/208/230V and 50 hertz 115/230V 0.5 horsepower totally enclosed fan cooled motor. The second is a 3 Phase 60 hertz 208/230/460V and 50 hertz 190/380V 0.5 horsepower totally enclosed fan cooled motor. There are performance differences between the hertz options. The maximum internal pressure the pump can tolerate is 75PSI, and the maximum liquid temperature is 200 Fahrenheit or 93 Celsius. The March TE-6K-MD centrifugal magnetic drive pump is capable of handling mildly or highly corrosive chemicals, acids, and solvents.
