Perfect for Applications Including
Applications for the TE-7R-MD Magnetic Drive Pump include chemical recirculation, chemical transfer, bicarbonate systems, deionized water systems, refrigerators, scrubber systems, detergent mixers, computer cooling, carbon arc furnace cooling, ion exchange recovery, and aquariums.
Great for Chemicals Including
The TE-7R-MD has pumped Acetic Acid, Citric Acid, Ethylene Glycol, Formaldehyde, Hydrochloric Acid (Muriatic), Nitric Acid, Phosphoric Acid, Potassium Chloride, Potassium Hydroxide, Sodium Hydroxide (Caustic Soda), Sodium Chloride, Sulfuric Acid, Fresh Water, Salt Water, DI Water, and many more chemicals. The TE-7R-MD may have been modified to handle these chemicals. This pump may have to be modified to pump specific gravities, viscosities, or elevated temperatures different then ambient water. Please contact March Pump to review your application before using the TE-7R-MD. Chemical Resistance Chart
March Pump’s industrial TE-7R-MD is an American seal-less centrifugal magnetic drive pump ideal for applications such as chemical recirculation, chemical transfer, and scrubber systems. It is capable of generating a maximum flow of 53 gallons per minute at 10 feet, and its maximum head is 60 Feet (26PSI). The standard wet end (the materials that come into contact with the solution) is composed of Polypropylene, Ryton Viton, Ryton/Teflon/Carbon, and Ceramic. The inlet connection is 1-1/2 inch female pipe thread, and the outlet is 1 inch male pipe thread. There are two standard motors. There are performance differences between the hertz options. The maximum internal pressure the pump can tolerate is 50PSI, and the maximum liquid temperature is 190 Fahrenheit or 87 Celsius. The March TE-7R-MD centrifugal magnetic drive pump is capable of handling mildly or highly corrosive chemicals, acids, and solvents.
