Product Features & Fitment

This motor includes a fail-safe, spring-set brake manufactured by Stearns, which automatically stops and holds the load when power is turned off. The brake coil leads are routed into the motor’s conduit box for easy wiring and can be configured to operate either when power to the motor is shut off or independently. A power-off manual release is included for convenience and emergency use, resetting automatically. The brake coil operates at 230/460 VAC, 60 Hz.
