Product Features & Fitment

The pump includes two 400-5570 unions compatible with 2" PVC pipe and features a 3-inch threaded inlet/outlet. The wet end can be rotated by loosening the motor through bolts for flexible installation. Note that this pump is not self-priming and requires water to be above the pump head for proper operation. Because there is no industry standard for unions, the supplied unions must be used, which may require removing old unions. The pump does not include a power cord; wiring should be marked for common, high speed, and low speed connections. If the heater is directly coupled to the wet end, this pump may not be compatible due to union differences. Refer to the motor nameplate for the connection diagram.
