Product Features & Fitment

This pump includes two 400-4060 unions compatible with 1.5" PVC pipe for straightforward plumbing connections. The wet end is rotatable by loosening the motor through bolts, allowing the discharge to be positioned at 3 o’clock or 9 o’clock to accommodate installation requirements. It features automatic overload protection for motor safety.

Please note, this pump is not self-priming and requires the water level to be above the pump head for proper operation. Because there is no industry standard for unions, the included unions must be used; this may require removing existing unions and installing the new ones provided. If your heater is directly coupled to the spa wet end, this pump may not be compatible due to differing union styles. The pump does not include a power cord; wiring should be marked for common, high speed, and low speed connections according to the motor nameplate diagram.
