Product Features & Fitment

This pump includes two 400-4060 unions compatible with 1.5" PVC pipe. The wet end is rotatable by loosening the motor through bolts, allowing the discharge to be positioned at 3 o’clock or 9 o’clock for flexible installation. Note that the pump is not self-priming and requires water to be above the pump head to operate properly. The pump does not come with a power cord; wiring connections should be made according to the motor nameplate diagram. Because union sizes vary by brand, it is necessary to use the supplied unions and may require removing old unions during installation. This pump may not be compatible if the heater is directly coupled to the spa wet end.
