The KBWC-18 is a solid state variable speed control designed for shaded pole and PSC motors, providing infinite speed adjustment for applications such as fans, blowers, fireplace blowers, attic fans, humidifiers, and ventilators. It replaces traditional speed controls and is intended for use with motors rated up to 8.0 amps at 115 volts.

Product Features & Fitment
This control is designed to fit a standard 2" x 4" electrical wall box and features a built-in heat sink that mounts flat against the wall on the outside of the box (heat sink dimensions: 2.75" x 4.5" x 0.75"). The unit includes a mounting kit with a dial plate, knob, mounting screws, wire connectors, and installation instructions. It is UL and CSA approved and must not be used with capacitor start or capacitor run motors, gear motors, or motors that may stall, as this can cause damage to both the control and motor. Controls that have been installed are non-returnable.
