This US Motors ASQ225 is a 2 horsepower, 3450 RPM pool pump motor designed to replace common in-ground pool pump motors. It is suitable for use with pumps such as Hayward Super Pump, Maxflo, Super II, and other models requiring a 56J frame motor.

Product Features & Fitment

This capacitor start/run motor features a square flange mount (1081 design) with four threaded bolt holes spaced 5 7/8" on center across the shaft for secure pump mounting. It includes overload protection with auto-reset and Class B insulation. The motor is non-reversible and designed for pool pump duty with sealed ball bearings and a stainless steel shaft. Wiring diagrams are provided on the motor nameplate for easy installation.
